James W. Draper

Mr. Draper has been representing creditors for over 30 years. Mr. Draper obtained his undergraduate degree from the Univ. of Wisconsin-Madison, and worked as a credit manager prior to becoming an attorney. After obtaining his J.D. from the Univ. of Arkansas and passing the Washington state bar in 1979, Mr. Draper applied his experience as a credit manager to his role as a creditor’s attorney, and representing creditors has been the focus of his practice ever since. Mr. Draper brings years of experience to representing creditors in collection litigation, garnishments, bankruptcy actions (including non-dischargeability claims, automatic stay issues, creditor treatment in Chapter 11 and 13 plans), and regulatory compliance with state and federal debt collection laws. Mr. Draper is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Washington State.

Dane M. Woldseth

Mr. Woldseth obtained his undergraduate degree in 2005 from Willamette University, and his J.D. from Seton Hall Univ. School of Law in 2008. Since then, Mr. Woldseth has focused his practice on representing creditors, with a primary focus on representing creditors in bankruptcy actions. Mr. Woldseth is knowledgeable in Ch. 7, 11, and 13 practice, and strives to ensure his clients’ rights are acknowledged and protected. While at Willamette University Mr. Woldseth was a member of the Sigma Chi fraternity and varsity baseball team, where he was a 4 year letterman and 1st team all-conference 2nd baseman his junior year. Mr. Woldseth is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Washington.
